Determining User's E-Mail Address in Windows 95

in the registry at:

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\mailto\shell\open\command

Use a DLL or UCD, such as Gary Smith's BUDAPI
(http://www.mods.com.au/download) to read the
registry.
